Préparation Gâteau aux fruits confits1Préchauffez le four à 180° (thermostat 6). Beurrez un moule à manqué. Dans un bol, faites macérer les fruits confits dans le rhum. Dans un saladier, battez les œufs avec les sucres (nature et vanillé). Ajoutez le yaourt et le beurre fondu. Battez. Ajoutez l’amande en poudre, la farine et la levure. Battez de nouveau. Incorporez les fruits confits avec le rhum.
